Markus Spillmann is a proven specialist in strategic and organizational development in severely disruptive markets, in crisis management, in managing complex change and transformation processes and in challenging personnel management. As a long-serving journalist and media manager, he can also draw on extensive expertise in (both analogue and digital) media product development, in editorial design, in content strategies and management and in brand positioning.

To his comprehensive management experience Markus Spillmann also brings a pronounced understanding and appreciation of quality, positioning and the value of effective communications.
