Experience Was Delegate for Communication to Federal Councillor Kaspar Villiger for 12 years, during which time he was active in international negotiating delegations and in special task forces. Then 7 years as Deputy Director General of the public broadcaster SRG SSR. He continues to teach strategic communication at the University of Berne and is active as a publicist.
